Domiciliary care of high quality
Are you or your loved ones struggling with some activities of daily living or is it becoming unsafe for you to complete these tasks. If the answer is Yes, then contact Reaching out hands for support to maintain your independence.
Daily living activities support
Our bespoke domiciliary packages are built around your needs enabling you to maintain your chosen lifestyle. Our highly skilled personnel will support you with but not limited to personal care and nutritional and fluid intake needs. Hourly visit are arranged during your initial assessments.
Domestic Task
We enable people to live in a habitable home environment that meets acceptable hygiene standards.
Social inclusion sitting services
ROH will provide staff to accompany you to Day care centres, Shopping or Hospital appointments. We will arrange for sitting service where this is needed to provide temporary relief for main carer.
