Our mission statement
Having worked in Health and Social care for over 20 years, we realised the importance of providing care that is not only person-centred, but that strives to make a difference in peoples lives.
As no care provider exists in a vacuum, we aim to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to provide a more practical and seamless service that delivers desired outcomes.
Our highly trained and experienced carers and support workers provide compassionate care while treating our clients with kindness, dignity and respect. Allowing them freedom of choice and at the same time giving them information to enable them to make informed decisions. We encourage our carers to build good rapport with every client because without effective communication there can never be passionate care.
At ROH we use a Strength Based Approach when completing assessments as this helps us determine gaps in the provision of care. We work with our partners to identify technology enabled care that might help mitigate risks and enable clients to live as long as possible in the comfort of their own homes. This in turn, will bring much needed peace to families, relatives and friends knowing that their loved ones are in good caring hands.
