Our team receives your enquiry and contact you to discuss your needs and provides information so you can make an informed decision.
Our assessor visits your home and complete a strength-based Care Act Assessment and risk assessment. Assessor discusses with you and your family and agree on your needs.
We will then finalise your costed care plan with you and your family and identify a carer suited to your needs. We then agree on a start date.
Once relevant paperwork has been completed and contract signed and your file is in place, service will commence as agreed. Reviews are done periodically.
Timely prompts to take your medication as prescribed N.B. Medication should be in blister pack. We will support you to get your medication blister packed if required.
We will support with meal preparation and groceries ensuring you have a balanced diet. We will ensure you have adequate fluid intake to help you hydrated.
ROH carers will support you to keep your home habitable by washing up, taking out trash and putting laundry in the wash and taking it out to dry on a later visit if you have one.
We will assist with all aspects of personal care including but not limited to bathing /showering and toileting, maintaining your dignity and privacy at all times.
Our caring carers will support you to enjoy life to its fullest. Our social inclusion support is based on your interests and hobbies as identified on your strength based assessments.
